(no subject)
Haven't updated in a while, but I doubt anyone cares.
North Carolina... I've gotten lost about 5 million times thus far. How do you tell one field full of cows from another field full of cows? I need to venture into Charlotte. Badly. I *really* want to hit up my list of specialty grocery stores to check them out. I can't count on anyone here for company on such an endeavor... so I may have to wait for Chris. Hopefully, he'll be nice/bored enough to go with me :)
I actually haven't had that many slow days. There's a lot to do. My dad signed me up at the YMCA, so at least now I can continue running. It was absolutely discouraging to try and run around the property.
I've been able to help Aye a lot. I hope I'm doing enough to improve her day-to-day life. I have a lot of organization left to do. I need to push to get as much done as possible before Chris gets up here.
Bandit is having a grand ol' time. He never has to go in his kennel, he gets lots of exercise outside, someone is almost always at home with him, he has two other animals for company, and he LOVES my dad. My dad calls him his grandson. I get so sick and tired of hearing my brother and mother look for excuses to complain that it's a big relief to see my dad fuss over him. My Aye likes him too- she always tries to reach down and pet him so he'll get to know her. He's due for a bath today.
The weather... omigosh, the weather. It was COLD this morning! On my way home from the gym at 9:30, it was 59 degrees!!! It's not even October! I could still go swimming in Miami in October!! I don't own winter clothes!!!! I need to go buy sweat pants now.
