I am sure Zach does not mind too much if you came over. Besides Zach, works a lot and his father hardly home which normally leaves me to be by myself and Adrian is not always home either. Therefore, I am sure it will be quite alright if you came over and it would be great.

Well, humour is derived from incongruity, and if my mind notices the incongruity of visit being repeated like that then it's funny. I don't mean anything against you - it would be hypocritical of me to expect everyone to care about grammar.
