so far my diet is working but im like...ALWAYS hungry now. I cant tell if its cause my proportions have changed or if its cause my metabolism has sped up.
I hope its the later of the two.
everymorning is a struggle to get up. Since Jamie and I did dips last week I've included that into my work out. So now I go running and I do dips, situps, fake on the knee pushups, my one real pushup i can do----hopefully i'll change that to two. Starting yesterday i also did squats. Like i said- every morning is a struggle to get up cause if its not my abs hurting its some other part of my body.
Been sleeping late lately cause i have been on the phone til late. so tired. But its okay--It may just be the beginning of something beautiful--
Tonight on FX is the premier of "
Over There". I'm really excited to watch this show. I know--I know I'm a military junkie. it just looks like it has the potential to be a great show. I hope it doesnt end up disappointing. :)
