o mother!

i ripped off one of my tips. of course on the middle finger rite? has
anyone ever felt the excrutiating feeling of having a superglued peice
of plastic ripped off ur real nail?

oh god---the pain.

counting calories starting today. im not gonna set a calorie/day goal
yet until i finish tracking today's meals. I bought a power bar---ive
had 2 this past week. god its 230 calories per bar. crap. Good thing i
only eat like half of them at one time.

so if i add up my breakfast---my mid morning snack (a oat n' honey
granola bar) and my mid afternoon snack (1/2 of a powerbar) then my
calorie count will be 517. I think i can keep my calorie intake to 1000
calories/day (Recommended intake to MAINTAIN weight is 2200. i dont
wanna maintain biatches)

*sigh* no more
