Socks is the genderbent version of Stocking. Shiire means "stockings" and seemed more appropriate as a "human" name. For clarrification, his legal name is Shiire Anarchy, but he refuses to answer to that unless there is a major authority figure calling him Shiire.

ENROLLMENT He's obscenely rich and pampered. The school would have rejected him, though, if it weren't for hefty amounts of money being used to bribe them out of checking his records. Ladeeda.
To clarify on this, due to accumulations from the generations, he's pretty much a millionare at the moment (although he used up a good bunch of that purifying his records via society's underworld). This wasn't handled in exactly the most untracable ways however, having been led by a high school student, but so far he's been okay. He's paying for the tuition and such himself, and for the most part the bribery involved is not directed affecting the school but, rather, those who have inspected his behavior records.

His hair is dyed to be dark purple on the outside and hot pink on the inside. It's my headcanon that it's blond underneath. His eyes are blue-green. He will not go anywhere without his honekoneko doll if he can possibly help it. He will also try to goth up his uniform as much as possible.
PERSONALITY: Socks is best described as a sugarwhore. He's damn lucky to have a talent for avoiding cavities, because he rarely eats anything but sweets. He absolutely detests spicy food, and takes his sweets seriously to the point where he will violently attack if his food is tampered with or stolen. He hates being called fat, and claims that all the sugar goes to his junk.
Socks is the more level-headed of the Anarchy brothers. This... isn't saying much. While Boxers is the flamboyant type, Socks prefers to stay in the shadows with his snacks. However, he doesn't want anything negative said about him, and can become pretty forceful when his pride is on the line. He's good at noticing flaws and pointing out where a plan will go wrong, but doesn't have much to say for himself as far as his own ideas. Instead, he often responds to stupidity with poorly chosen snarks and anger. He critisizes people's personalities more than their actions, even if it's their actions that annoyed him. This is partially because of the nice streak that he likes to hide. Since he makes pretty stupid mistakes himself (often related to his vanity or odd taste in men, along with other reasons to be picked on), he chooses not to bring up anyone else's. He does not, however, find anything wrong with his own thoughts, and as such feels no remorse in critisizing others for that.
Little as he likes to admit it, Socks can be a very nice guy once befriended. He, in truth, likes acting as the sassy gay friend, as long as he gets love in return. Although socially incompetent in the extreme, it's very possible to bribe one's way into his heart using treats and hugs. Those he likes get a star treatment from him, and his loyalty won't fade unless he's truly been hurt by them. All of this will only happen in private, though. The people he hasn't decided to like yet will get the cold and emotionless Socks that he likes to portray.
There's one other side to Socks, on the most part. His conduct around his brother. Boxers and Socks are rather close, but thanks to Boxers, Socks is pretty used to being conned into things he doesn't really want to do. They both make a big show of their rivalry, with open murder attempts and constant fist-fighting. However, they've also been shown to deeply care about each other, and when one is hurt too badly to continue, the other will stop all activities to make sure they pull through. Unfortunately, this is actually just how Socks likes to see it, and in reality Boxers will totally ignore Socks' injuries if there's hot men nearby. Socks knows this and is deeply agitated by it, wishing that his brother would give a damn about him for the amount he cares. Although he won't admit it, he's actually only going along with this violent rivalry because Boxers came up with it. He's the type to be a follower of his big brother, and is actually quite innocent. He has a childish personality in that respect, as he doesn't truly think about what he might do until it's done, and he seeks his brother's approval for everything they do.
Socks is completely homosexual, and makes no move to hide it. He has specific standards in men (the undesirable jerks if one episode is to be considered) and states that he cares more about having someone he loves than having sex, and hates the idea of seeming like a slut. He's extremely loyal to his relationships and would never cheat on his lover, as a matter of principle.
COMPUTER APTITUDE: He can use a computer, but don't expect him to even glance at coding. He'll stick with average filters and all that, thanks.
AU HISTORY: Socks was came into a very wealthy family, younger brother and thus much less likely to inherit the money. He grew up with a distinct sense of knowing everything he wanted would be delivered, and quickly developed a sweet tooth and quite a bit of selfishness. He also became a follower of his brother (who invented the names Boxers and Socks for them) almost religiously, who in turn liked to follow the thought of their father. Their father, however, was gone since before Boxers was born, and they lived with their mother off of her family's inheritance.
Around the age of 10, Socks was introduced to their new step-father. He was the CEO of a large chocolate company, which Socks liked. However, the brothers were worried (as any child becomes) that their mother would forget about their real father. Socks took this a level further than his brother, and in return was told in private that he was actually adopted. He took the news well as far as his mother could see, replying that it made sense. However, he was shocked by the fact that Boxers wasn't his real brother, and this revelation started his move toward becoming a goth. He chose to keep the information of his adoption secret from Boxers, thinking that it would worry him, or cause him to think differently of Socks.
Socks, given the knowledge that he wasn't really losing a father anyway, decided to become very close to his step-father. This aided in his sweet-tooth, and he became a parent's pet of sorts. The family money engorged from the chocolate his step-father's company sold, and Mr. and Mrs. Anarchy had high hopes for what the next generation would do to enlarge the inheritance further.
However, due to both of the brothers being completely incompetent (Boxers chasing after every man he saw and Socks being socially incompetent and a glutton), they were both forced into getting a certain amount of community service points, or else they would both be cut off. Their parents chose this particular path in order to teach them both some sense of generosity. They were also sent off to live with a new boss, who called herself Mrs. Suspenders, until their points added up.
This ended up in Socks doing most of the work while his brother was out flirting. Neither truly consentrated on the generosity aspect of the work, and completed it only to get their inheritance and going back home. They did, however, have the advantage of being the kings of the local school. Still the center of attention and VERY popular, they were able to get money in to live and got their points pretty quickly. Then again, Boxers was still extremely incompetent (having learned absolutely nothing and in fact getting worse in the eyes of his parents), and Socks (who had indeed put a stopper over a lot of his bad habits) was set in line for inheritance instead. This was a particular shock to Boxers, not only from his lack of thought toward the possibility of losing his place, but at the fact that he'd lost it to someone who wasn't actually part of the family.
His parents had Boxers and Socks set to go to a school somewhere in England. However, Socks was completely turned off by the offer, partially due to his distaste for English food, and instead searched around until he found Reims. He parted ways with his brother and used his ample funds to get into Reims, mainly through bribing (as listed above). The main need for this was that he had actually managed to seriously injure Boxers with a nearly fatal knife-wound during their ruitine battles (although it was shortly after the transferal of wealth that weapons came of use, and Socks stopped the use of them once Boxers was hospitalized), and was consequently given a smudge on his record that he sought to erase. This was not only due to "attempted murder" looking bad if he were ever looked into by the police, but his brotherly love stopping him from admitting something that he feared could get him in jail (which he was already lucky to have evaded) and consequently separate the Anarchy brothers perpetually.
He has now been here for a year, but hasn't done much to build up his old reputation thanks to the absense of his brother leaving him with no real reason to be the center of attention.

To be honest, the feeling had started when Socks came to this school. The feeling that something wasn't going exactly right. He wasn't missing any homework. He was eating every sweet imaginable. And yet someone was missing.
He missed Boxers.
Socks finally felt like he'd made a mistake in coming here. He did it to avoid the bad food, but Boxers had insisted on staying for whatever reason... probably the British accents. But as Socks realized, this was the first time they'd been apart this long. He couldn't remember anything from before he was adopted, so he couldn't think of a time when they weren't either inseparable or at each others' necks. It left a horrible feeling in his stomach to think that he might not see Boxers until after he next graduated. When he thought about it, though, it was better here without Boxers. It was a high-class school, with no need for a man-slut like his brother. And then he'd have to deal with the fans... as much as he loved the attention, whoring up to be a School King was a waste of time and effort. Boxers would be all over that, but Socks preferred working his way up slowly. Yeah, Boxers would ruin this school.
