i hate how it seems like the majority of the snowboarding industry consists of guys who think they are so badass, and also seem to think that girls are incapable of snowboarding. fuck those guys. i mean, seriously, could you be any more sexist?
it is these type of guys that turn me off of the industry but also at the same time - make me want to trump their skills by improving my own. i am so stoked there are girls out there who have gone pro... i can only imagine how annoyingly not easy it would have been.
also, i can't stand walking into a board shop with a guy and ending up being the only one not acknowledged. i mean, who says i don't skate and/or snowboard and/or surf better than the guy i walked in with?
i mean, maybe the guy i walked in with doesn't even know how to/like those sports at all.
but they never think of that, do they?
being a girl is just so fucking frustrating sometimes...
