Intros normally are the 1st post, but I'll go ahead and do it here.
The Sweet Science, in case you were wondering, is boxing. I think about boxing all the time. When I am walking in the condament aisle at the supermarket, when I am browsing clothes at the mall, when I am training, when I am not training, when I am crapping, when I am eating, when I am awake or asleep, I am normally thinking about boxing. I imagine myself throwing a combo, slipping punches, or throwing a stiff jab.
I am majoring in Sports Management, a major I just recently switched to from Athletic Training. I want to be a boxer more than anything, but would be satisfied being a coach of football or boxing after college.
I like rock music more than anything and definitely have a place for old-school stuff like Ray Charles, The Beach Boys, and Buddy Holly.
I don't bash Bush; it gets old, so if that's what you do for fun, I won't laugh, but I might grin...in any case I will not crack on him, there are enough people doing that and I do not like bandwagons.
I like football on T.V., and boxing on T.V. I do not appreciate interruptions when I am watching the fight or the Dallas Cowboys. If it's some other team or something other than boxing, feel free to distract me.
The bad in the world is much easier for people to point out than the good it seems, so I appreciate an optimist.
Last of all, let me add that in my opinion, greatness in any field or aspect of life is not determined by popularity, but by facts.
