Ugh, remind me again why I wanted to go to college?
No seriously, I want a reminder. I'm seriously dreading the moving day with each new hour.
Obviously I'll think differently on this in ten years time when I may have a job and a life and all that jazz, but honestly, now? I'm getting my books for my classes, and one book alone costs near $200. I know ( Read more... )

No problem:)

Loved first season, but am still waiting for second season from library... Sounds like it will be enjoyable.

Have you watched "Covert Affairs"? I think that you would enjoy it. Diana is a nice character to play of off, though I would actually like more Elizabeth. I know she is less present this season because of her RL pregnancy but I miss her.

Pretender did the same thing with these plots that went unsolved/unresolved forever until the show was CANCELED and then we were left with no answers forever and ever.

Yes, yes, yes. We are actually getting the origin story of how Abby came to work at NCIS (Tony as well I believe), though no clue if they are going to show/answer the questions I am interested in or what the format will be... But something that may prove interesting. Hmm, Ziva's father is coming to the US so we might get a good story out of that long as they don't make it into a Tiva thing. (I don't mind the idea of the two of them, I just don't want it to overshadow the core dynamic of the team, which it has been.)Indeed, what of her mother? Haven't heard much yet about McGee or Ducky. Hopefully we'll be able to discuss some "NCIS" reactions during the season:) Take care!

Great! Let me warn you now though, the second season is a bit rocky, since it's a new location, and in general, there are different shake-ups. They're still great episodes, but not as brilliant as the first season. However, once season 3 started, and everything was back on track, it was better than the first two seasons in my opinion. Then again, who knows, maybe you'll like the second season more ;)

I have been watching bits of Covert Affairs. All in all, I like it, but I'm still iffy on Annie. Sometimes she annoys me, sometimes she doesn't. But I love Auggie, and find his character fascinating, more than anything because he is blind, and I can't think of many blind characters on television. Oh I completely forgot about Elizabeth! I love her. I especially love her relationship with Peter/Neal. It's really refreshing to see a wife that is aware that having a husband in the FBI isn't a piece of cake, and that what he does is important. I love how she just accepts it, and then goes with the flow. :)

Yup, I know exactly what you mean. Another example type is like Life, when had all of these questions that needed to be answered, and because the producers thought the show was going to get canceled, they answered them the best way they could in the season finale (which I do appreciate because it made for a beautiful finale, but it was still rushed).

Ooh! I heard about that. I hope they explain more about Abby and Gibbs and the sign language connection. I always found that interesting. I know what you mean about Tiva. Personally, I find Ziva more interesting when she isn't around Tony at all, because in order to create "tension" between the pair, one or both characters have to suffer in the "likable" category, and usually, it's Ziva. Well, I do hope we'll have more to talk about when the season airs. :)
