(no subject)
I FAIL BIG.
I haven't replied to some comments (I'm sorry!!!), but that's cause I've been way busy. Today the seniors of my schools are graduating, so I have four parties to go to at the same time (argh!!) and also and exchange student that I've become friends with is having his going away party tomorrow,so I'll be going to that. And my friend's sister is having a birthday party next week, which of course is right after the FINALS I have to take and study for. Luckily, out of the four blocks, I only have to take two finals cause 1.) I have an off-block and 2.) on a school test named the NECAPS, there was a section on English, and my principal said that if we scored "proficient" on the test, then we wouldn't have to take our final. I got proficient, go me! So I only have to study for psychology and Holocaust studies. Speaking of which, now taht the seniors have left, my Holocaust studies class only has four students. It's depressing. =(
Good news though! I asked two of my teachers if they'd write letters of recommendation for me next year, and they said yes. Now I have to finad at least one more. But yeah, I'm considering on going to Salem State in Mass. when I go to college, so that I can major in criminal justice and minor in psychology/sociology/both. Also, I looked up some information about the school, and it turns out that my GPA is better than most of the students who go there, which is great since it means I'm to get in if I want to (though I'm kinda conflicted about that, since I want to challenge myself a little bit). Also, one of my friends said taht he was looking into Salem, and neither of us knew that the other was looking into the same school. That'll be cool if he ends up going there. I mean, I was thinking of going to the school whether any of my friends were going or not, but i'd be nice to have a friend go to the same school as me, cause I'm nervous as hell going alone. Anyone here go to Salem State? Yes/no?
One more random thing. The icon I'm currently using? The one with Nixon? Usually when I look at userpics of people who use my Band of Brothers icons, this is the one that's used the most. At first I couldn't think of why so many people like this icon, but now that I looks at it, I see that it's actually a pretty damn good icon. I don't like to brag about my skills, but I did a reall good job with the colors, and sharpness and such. And it doesn't hurt that Nixon's smile is adorable.

Also, does anyone know why LJ is effing up when it comes to posting journal entries? At first, this entry came up with the white in the back, and the text being black. I was going to leave it alone cause I wanted to be lazy, but I got annoyed so I retyped my entire entry and that was annoying.
