Somewhat macabre..

This will probably sound a bit off, but I don't give a crap. It's only the truth.

I happen to like bones. Animal bones, human bones, I don't care. I find skulls, antlers, and other bits of skeleton fascinating.
Of course I wouldn't go about acquiring them via hunting, or anything remotely related to such. If I did decide to begin collecting these things, or objects wrought of them, the bone would have to be acquired through nature. It would have to belong to an animal that has long since passed on due to natural causes (that would include natural predators).

I know this seems pretty random, but it isn't I assure you. What happened was I was looking through a book of arts & crafts* that I've had for a few years now, and a good number of the projects call for animals skins, antlers, or bone. I'm not looking to acquire bones and antlers for these projects necessarily. I just happen to think they're fascinating.

On my way home from Enchantments yesterday, I noticed that about myself -- I find beauty in some pretty strange places...
