(1.2%) Yes, I'm coming along... in about five different directions. I have no set story, and in my sleep I came up with yet another idea. Then, while brushing my teeth, I wondered if I should revisit a book I wrote when I was thirteen. But I remembered destroying said book because it was total crap. I'm starting to regret this; I am so out of practice that I cannot keep my ideas in order.
So I've decided I will [finally] complete the [painfully mundane] tasks that I set out to take care of this week:
Put away clean clothes
Bring down laundry
Wash the dishes (preferably before the folks get home)
Re-organize book case
Clean Noah's pigpen
Sweep
Dust
Recycle soda and water bottles
Sort through and shred documents
After I'm done with those, I'll continue reading Part 3 of Chris's book, and perhaps follow it up with some Neruda. My hope is that by then my head'll be clear enough for me to work through this problem.
Well, here goes everything.
EDITED @ 17:55 : As I was revising my user info page, something came to mind. I was first introduced to the notion of setting ten goals for one's personal gain through For Me magazine. In other words, these goals are things that you do for yourself and no one else. So, I think I'm going to get back into that habit again... seeing as I haven't done this since September.
