Ryan, I thought you would find this interesting

So, I've been looking up a lot of stuff online regarding the emissions laws for cars in California and stumbled upon this article. I just thought it was interesting. Correct me if I'm wrong but I was under the impression that "Global Warming" is a theory and not a fact. I'm not saying I do or don't support it. Like I said, correct me if I'm wrong because I'm not super educated on it but I've always thought it was a theory. If this is true, why is California implimenting a rating system for vehicle emissions based on a scientific theory? Just seemed silly to me no matter what your view on it is.

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for making people aware of what vehicles are more harmful to the environment. I just think it's silly to establish a "Global Warming Score" for something that cannot really be measured. Maybe I'm totally wrong and am and idiot. You tell me.
