First off, is everyone out to get me drunk?
My department is going out to dinner at Löwenbräu Keller, and our manager goes to me "Bring your ID, we're gonna get you so drunk!"
Honestly!
Yes, because I am eighteen now, hurrah! And my workmates aren't letting me forget that. Mind, these are the same ones who said I should go and get a fake ID when I first started there, so I could go to student parties.
My eighteen birthday was lovely, had a nice dinner and movie night with my awesome friends. They finally know what my house looks like! We had yummy Steamboat for dinner. We watched Robin Hood: Men in Tights and The Producers on my projector, and snuggled on my couch because my house is freezing. =D

(My cake had 24 candles, we didn't bother counting. ^o^)
We didn't get to see the Spring Awakening play, because my body hates me, and decided to be sick that Thursday and Friday, teased me by feeling fine on the Saturday, and on Sunday, about an hour before I was about to leave, I was all feverish and shivery again.
Being slightly on edge that whole week because of the aftermath of my first Orientation without Emmalee holding my hand certainly didn't help any, because when mum said I couldn't go, I promptly burst into tears and probably sounded slightly hysterical when I called Sarah.
In other news, I ran into Sean from German yesterday when I was getting lunch at KFC (Shh! I was having a lazy day, and I was feeling cheap.). Apparently, he was also craving KFC, and we hugged and did our "Fancy seeing you here"s as I was about to order, which was a bit awkward.
We were both on our lunch breaks, so we had lunch in the park, which wasn't as packed as I thought it would be, seeing as it was 'Super Thursday'.There was a bunch of pilgrims a little way from us that were dancing and singing for hour we were there, and were still going when we were leaving, which was interesting.
Apparently, he works part time at Polo Ralph Lauren while doing his Uni thing, and he's trying to find a place nearby because he hates the commuting. And he takes in lunches in the park too, but he goes to the other side, so that's why I haven't seen him around. Oh yes, and I'm still short, and he is still freakishly tall. *fumes*
He's the first person I've actually seen from school and actually talked to that wasn't a close friend. I mean, I saw Djiana when we decided we weren't watching a movie, but we didn't really talk; and I see people on trains but I only know their faces and I doubt they'd know me, and today I saw Kirill at the station and I waved.
Random note: I was having a good hair day today, my natural waves weren't poofy today so I left my hair out. One of our younger English teachers chatted with me while waiting for the lifts, and a guy kept smiling at me on the train home today, which was a nice end to the week. =D

work, birthday, super fun times
