Where do I even begin?
It's been almost a year since I've posted, so there's a lot that's happened. I don't know where to start.
My baby sister is having a baby. My cousin is getting married. My sister-in-law is having a baby. I'll be in Arkansas in May, and June, and probably August. So many trips this summer.
I'm quitting my job in November. Why? Because Alaina and I are moving to Portland in December. Yes, this is really happening. We're saving money and working towards it right now. I'll spend the whole of November packing up our house and getting things ready to go. So, I want to hang out with all of you as much as possible before I leave. Call me. Or I'll call you. Either way, I want to see my basket while I can.
Tent sale is coming up and the very thought of it makes me want to kill myself. Fucking retail Hell. And, of course, getting people to work it is a pain in the ass, because no one actually wants to work. So, if any of you past Bayou employees feel like making a little extra cash somewhere between April 26th through May 5th, give me a call. I will be *glad* to put you to work. No, really. There may even be some additional perks in it for you. I can make that happen.
Also: my hair is blue again. The hot pink totally did not last long. I was not okay with it. At all.
