Proper internet I've missed you!
I've managed to scratch my cornea with my contact lens. My left eye was irritating me on Tuesday so I took out me lenses & had an early night. It was still sore, red and teary on Wednesday so I went to my G.P. who sent me to the eye clinic. They said I've scratched the cornea and not to go to work for the rest of the week.
I've also got antibiotic drops and when I went again on Friday the doctor said it's healing well mainly because I got it treated promptly. No thanks to the Doctors receptionist who tried to give me an appointment for Monday.
So I watched all 10 episodes of The Unusuals yesterday and it's fantastic. I love all the characters. I'm gutted it was cancelled. It deserves more love.
