There was grand opening for a 99 cent store in Fresno. And one of the items they were selling for 99 cents was an Ipod. Yes, an Ipod. A father said it was worth a two day wait to get an Ipod for 99 cents. Hmm.
The Millan Music staff went to Catalina Island for the annual Teacher Meeting. It was so much fun! But I got hurt by the rocky beach. And the waves were too powerful. It pushes you to shore, but sucks you back in. The waves did that to me and I injured my elbow and my bad ankle. Yeah, but I'm all better now. The next time I go over there (or any of you), I'm bringing those waterproof shoes (I don't know what they are called exactly) so I'll have grip on those rocks and protect my feet.
Today seems to a "yellow" day. The reason I say this is because three items I bought were yellow. And I didn't have to try to get these items, because I don't think I look nice in yellow anyway. They just appeared to me. But man, what the heck, I've got a pair of flats that are yellow, a belt that is yellow, and a yellow coin purse. Hahaha. Weird.
The new Rilo Kiley CD is pretty good. It's different, but I like it. It cracks me up listening to a few of their songs because I would have never guessed them to sound like that. But it's good; sounds like different genres in one CD. ^__^
This weekend: Warped Tour and Fuck Yeah Fest. This will be interesting.
