Some baking I did over the weekend
Over the weekend I made an apple pie and the melt-in-your-mouth chocolate cake.
I have to admit that I've cheated with the pie and used store bought crust. To my surprise it was really good, so I feel obligated to share. If pressed for time, it's great in any pies, I'd use it for quiche as well. Filling recipe, as well as crust description, is here.
