second interviews....
So far two companies have gotten back with me about second interviews. One is up in the Detroit area, Southfield / Ferndale if I am remembering correctly. So that one I could commute to if I decided to, or just get a small second apartment for during the work week. For those that have been over to my place before, yes there are smaller apartments than this.
The second company is one that I am going ot be having a telephone interview with today. They are located in San Diego. While it would be great working out there, I am worried about the expenses on the West Coast. I also hate the thought of putting this apartment into storage, since it would be easier to simply rent what furniture I need out there and drive out with what fits in my car.
It is so easy to get settled in a spot and feel like it would be hard to move from it. I am interested to see who else may get back with me as well.
As a note, both of these companies contacted me almost immediately after I sent them a thank-you for the interview email.
