What a Night
Last night was a blast. I got some more great pictures that I am going to try and get up today. Filled the card up and still had forty-five minutes to go of dancing. I wasn't planning on it, but since I was up that late anyway I ended up going to an after hours party where I got to meet a lot of people that I only casually knew before. I finally made it home around seven took a shower, ate breakfast, and set my alarm for 9:15am. Managed to get an hour of sleep before class, but I was definitly feeling that all nighter. I will probably end up needing a nap later today, but I will have to keep it short so I can sleep tonight. At least I think I need to sleep tonight, nothing going on Thursdays anywhere good?
I really managed to put what i learned last week to good effect with my pictures last night. I was able to combine the bright colors of the lights with the clarity of the flash by setting up for a long exposure with a flash at either the beginning or the end of it. So there are more pictures that have a flash used than I thought there would be. I also got some more light trails, there were four or five people that had the leds, and I got some good shots of them in action. I am wondering if these pictures will be inspiring more people to bring lights to the club, just to see how they turn out.
I already have an idea kicking around in my head that I am going to try and set up next week with some of the light users. I think I need four of them, but I may be able to do it with just one or two. I would rather have four since then I could do it all in one picture. Anything less and I will have to piece together a picture later.
I made it to class just fine and we started late again. Worked some more in the homework and he gave us the test as a take home. I had time to start it in class as he dottered around, and I think I will try and get it done tonight. I am not really interested in giving away the answers, more in comparing them to others to see if we got the same answer independently. I plan on getting an A in the class, not get and A for the entire class.
I have a haircut in a little bit so I will wrap this up. Looks like removing my antiviral and reinstalling yahoo has stablised my computer for now. At least it hasn't crashed yet, which is good since this is a fairly pong post and I would hate to try and recreate it.
