okay....so i just found out that this girl from Jefferson....
that i totally beat in the 100 and 200 last year...she ran a 24 ( something )
and i haven't even gotten below 27.....
i have had such a BAD season this year....i mean i have placed good but my times suck....
god i am in such a bad mood everyone is pissing me off....

man...i am doing sooo bad!!!
what if i don't go to state this year..
oh and my mom thinks that i shouldn't run the 4 by 4
but i did it last year and we could go to state in that also....
she was like " people that are really good at things focus and one thing, they don't spread themselves thin..."
but i really don't think that doing the 4 by 4 would do anything but help my 200....
maybe after this week i will stop doing the 400 workouts andfocus on the 100 and 200 by i still think the diong the 4 by 4 could help...and it's not like if i tell siebold that he is justgoing to be like "okay" i mean last year at districts i was balling and he still made me do it.... yeah...sry i just had to get that out...
