Homework
So I met with Thomas' teachers on Friday. Turns out he is doing well in all of his classes, not getting into any trouble, & does his work in class. His failing grades are due to not turning in his work. Evidentily his backpack is a black hole. He is not using his folders, can't find his completed work to turn it in, losing his notes to study by; in general is VERY disorginized. His room is like this too.
He is turning into a hoarder I am afraid. He won't let me throw anything away without going through it first, and when he does throw a few things away it is under duress with many hysterics involved.
I don't know how to cope with this. I know I never let the girls' rooms get like the boys' rooms are and I can't stand the mess; in my kitchen, living room, bathroom, boys' rooms, even the basement. I am overwhelmed and frustrated but still find it hard to do much. I just see that it gets filthy again so why bother.
