30 DAYS OF THANKFUL
I know,I know. I haven't posted in almost a week for my 30 days of thankful. However it has been a FANTASTIC week!!! I can't really complain about anything. It was a wonderful week. Here are some of the highlights in no particular order:
Kids weren't horrible, pretty good actually.
My dad let me drive his new truck! Beautiful comfy, 2011 Dodge Ram pick-up all the bells and whistles. :-D!
I got paid, 2 whole weeks worth! Plus I am going to hit him up for 2 more before he leaves Tuesday for New York.
I had a great day knitting on Thursday, I made great progress on my first shark hat and it's almost done now...I still have to make the ear flaps-(fins) and the teeth, but for all intents and purposes it is done. It is a bit big so I will probably switch to smaller needles next time. :-D Now I have to start hat #2. I am moving half-way decently on my Christmas projects. And am taking another class on Tuesday to make a Ladder Shawl and there is one for an ornament too. I am so psyched about knitting right now!!!
Elizabeth came down and is here right now. She just wanted to be here with me and daddy. It's so...nice. She brought her puppy which is adorable and so well behaved.
I made a chicken recipe the other night that I made up and both the boys LOVED it. I even got an "it's divine!" from James. And they both want me to make it again!
