Ouch
Ok. Don't know what the hell I did to my back but I keep having spasms. If I raise my right arm or lean to get something, pain rushes through the muscles on the right side of my back. I had them so bad a little while ago that I almost threw up. If I didn't have to take Tom to work I would have taken a valium 3 hours ago.
I did knit today, and play video games with the kids. I wanted to knit when I got suckered into playing Mario Kart on the N64. I finally gave up-the kids were kicking my butt and it was getting way to loud-and knit. So now I have two preemie hats done. It really doesn't take too long and it is distracting from my pain...until I move.
I haven't read my friends pages, but I will get to it soon. I miss everyone and at least I can update Twitter and Facebook from my phone...I REALLY want a laptop for just this purpose...yeah ok I'm lazy, but I miss everyone; and this chair...not so much.
