Chinese Foooood. Can I help You?

I went and got some Chinese food for Tom and myself for dinner tonight since Elle was out in Knoxville with my parents for the afternoon (and evening) and the boys wanted macaroni and cheese for dinner, plus we were craving it...it didn't help that we had been talking about Chinese food for two days. So I decided to splurge and get us some for ( Read more... )

I love Chinese, especially when paired with a good hockey game. :) -That's one of mine and Tom's favorute at home dates. :) Mayeb we'll just have to have Chinese when you're here.

I like Chinese but I prefer homemade, I've never been to Cheesecake Factory, but most restaurants are too expensive for a slice than I can make a whole cake for at home.

Don't feel bad about it. She shouldn't have been begging for it.
And good for her on going to satisfy HER craving. You'd been craving Chinese, she had been cheesecake.

She just annoys me when she does that. She always seems to do that. Anytime she wants food, it's "oh but I'm not going to eat anything else today." or something close to that. It drives me crazy.
Hell she got her cheesecake (one of those mini-cheesecakes) and proceeded to eat half the cheesecakes in one sitting then ate the rest the next morning.
Her story about dinner changed when she saw my Chinese, it went from she ate to she had to send her dinner back because her noodles weren't cooked right and she only ate the chicken in it and half a garden salad..I wasn't buying it...I know my parents better.

I'm just mean, cruel and heartless-don't you know.

In the UK meals on wheels is a service for retired folk...lucky Tom ....
and you did right with your Chinese...why should young madame get two meals... it wouldn't be good for her anyway...even if it had been fair on you to do it.

We have meals on wheels here too :D I bring him dinner a lot because I don't make dinner until after he goes to work so he often doesn't have dinner to take with him, especially at the beginning of the week, towards the end of the week he has leftovers, and I do make enough nightly for him to have...usually.
