My Day
Tom and I had a nice day today. We slept in, had coffee together, had a nice relaxing morning then went out to lunch at Zaxby's. Then we came home and cleaned up our room some. I rearranged my nightstand so that it fits next to my bed better and stuff will stop falling behind it.
I moved the phone over to my side of the bed because Tom never hears it anyway and I have to crawl over him or walk around the bed to answer it when it rings because it ALWAYS wakes me.
We got a new router and now the net is working just fine, so we were right and the router was just FUBAR.
Tom made dinner tonight. I love when he does that. It's so nice to have him home for dinner and he cooks for me. He made a lovely dinner and my parents dropped De off after church so she was with us for dinner too. All 6 of us around the table was nice. We had a nice dinner, no fighting, no complaining, it was a nice change of pace.
After dinner and putting the boys to bed I watched The Number 23 with Tom and the girls tonight. Very strange and semi-disturbing movie. This was a DVD that we own so we were watching the unrated version, prolly NOT something we should have let the girls watch. I guess it wasn't that bad, but some of the sexual situations were a bit intense. I guess it was better watching it with us than with someone else. Had I already seen it though I wouldn't have let them watch it.
After the movie we took De home, it was almost midnight. Now I am here posting as Tom plays X-Men on the PS2.
