Must do better

Today I swam for an hour, then I lifted weights for 50 minutes with Maddie I started doing squats with the bar and weights recently and today I did heavier weights than ever before, I also did bear hugs, and shoulder presses, and I did them in fast enough succession that it could count as cardio too.We did crunches, three sets of ten or twenty each set; major pain. I realized I feel better about my exercising when I list it here, I am more apt to feel guilty about not exercising if I don't post it here.

I have three exams in the next two days. Two tomorrow, and one Wednesday. I am probably not worrying about them nearly as much as I should. I am more worried about making sure I can find time to workout everyday and get myself back on a good workout schedule than I am about my exams.
