Friday!~ Today was bad. I woke up and watched Dawson's Creek. Then we got ready to go to see a movie. We were thinking about going to see Anchorman. First we ate lunch at Olive Garden. It was real good. Then we went to Academy and I got some real cool soccer cleats. Then we went to Wal-mart and I got some school supplies and a straightener kinda like Neesy's (which doesn't work so Im bringing it back). Then I got really bad cramps cuz I just strated my period. I took some Tylenol but it didnt help. I was hurting so bad that we just decided to go home. So I got home and laid on the heating pad for 30 min. and I felt better. I love that thing.

Saturday!~ Today was a really sad day. Today was the day of Mr. Gordon Brown's funeral.. We got to the church and katie warmed up to sing. Then we went out into the church and saw that it was and open casket. But I couldn't go look at him dead there, it was too sad. So I just looked at some of the pictures. It was really sad, because all of his music students were there and during the service people came up to say things and this boy Tommy a, who we have known for a long time, went up to say something and he was so sad he cried and it made my cry. Everyone was going to miss him so much. He was such a great musical and nice person. Then we went to the burial and they did the thing where you fold the flag. because he was in the army and it reminded me of Pearl Harbor. They were playing that song on the trupet like in the movie and I started to cry. It was real sad.  Later we went to Thibodaux to see my cousins and nanny. we had soe boiled crabs. Ummm. Then we came home and Katie went to see Brandon. like usual.

It's kinda cool if you think of it like this. Mr. Gordon was a really good music director and player and I bet he is really having fun playing with all of the famous people like Louis Armstrong and Frank Sanatra. He can even be the choir director of the angel choir. Mr. Gordon....Rest in Peace!

Love Sarah
