are we talking english or scottish accents. because personally i don't think scottish accents make up for anything.

I have found some Scottish ones to be nice, but yes, primarily English ones.

Almost any kind of "accent" is cool.. so long as it isn't southern american.

nah, the welsh accent sort of makes me want to be sick and i am not keen on accents from Newcastle or Liverpool either. what is southern american?

Like country or hillbilly sounding. Sounds like very poor english to me. But there are a lot of people in the north who have poor english as well just not with the same accent. I'm in Cincinnati, Ohio. Cross the river to Kentucky and it's like completely different. Kentucky is my least favorite state. Heh. :-P
