Improvised Weapon: Fight must involve an improvised weapon. Character's out to dinner with some jerk? Stab them with a fork!
Sexual: Fight happens either because of sexual jealousy, as a form of courtship, as a form of fucking, interrupts sex, or leads to sex.
Workplace: Fight happens within a character's workplace.
Mismatched: David versus Goliath, ninjas against grandmas, ten people against one. A fight in which the odds are heavily stacked one way.
Prize Fighting: The motivation for the fight is money.
Competitive: Sports-fighting, with proper rules and a governing body/referees. Fight must be centred around the entertainment/sports side of fighting. This could mean someone fighting a boxer, someone watching an MMA match, someone who is a judo champion, a crazy AU where the entire cast of Generation Kill all work in the world of boxing.
Mixed Sex: People of different sexes must be involved in this fight.
Punching/fists: Punching must happen within this fight.
Kicking/feet: Kicking must happen within this fight.
Baseball bat: A baseball bat must be an integral part of the fight.
Knives: A knife or knives must be involved in the fight.
Guns: At least one gun must be involved in the fight. It could be a shoot out, but there is no reason the gun must be fired.
Ring/cage: Fight must take place within some form of ring. A boxing ring would could, an MMA ring, a wrestling cage match, a ring of dudes shouting obscenities in a parking lot would count.
Public: Fight must take place in a public space. A school yard, a town square, a restaurant, a public bathroom.
Industrial/construction: Fights within an industrial area, let's say, a factory, or a half renovated house. Or, fights involving the use of thing that might be found in an industrial area or on a construction site. Say, a wrench! A... cement truck! Scaffolding! NAIL GUNS.
Enemy: A fight between enemies/people who don't like each other. Or at least between one person who doesn't like the other, this could include being attacked by someone, say, the main character had screwed over.
Ally: A fight between people who are on the same side, or friends.

Play: A play fight.
Wrestle: Fight must involve wrestling/grappling at close quarters.
Brawl: Fight must involve more than two people.
Subtle: A fight that may not be obvious to the casual observer as it happens.
Messy/dirty: A fight wherein at least one participant gets particularly dirty. Maybe it's raining and muddy, maybe it's a food fight, maybe someone just bleeds a hell of a lot.
Picking a fight: Someone must start a fight deliberately. Because of reasons.
Revelation: A fight which tells one character something about another or themselves. Maybe it's just that the person they're fighting can't throw a punch, maybe it's they're a cowards, maybe it's that they like to be hit.
Weapons: A fight that involves traditional weaponry. Ninja stars! Swords! Axes! If it's used for killing or maiming, it fits here.
Draw: This fight must end in a draw.
Fail: An unsuccessful fight. Maybe a character realises they can't fight, maybe the fight is interrupted, maybe they both start laughing, maybe the big dramatic moment is interrupted when a character's pet dog bites the person they're fighting with.
Death/major injury: Fight must end in the death of a character or the majory injury of a character. For the extremely squeemish, this does not have to be a main character, but you get pretend gold stars if it is.
Sledgehammer: Fight must involve a sledgehammer.
Biting: Fight must involve biting/being bitten.
Just Doing My Job: Assassins and heavies and killers, oh my! Fight must involve a professionals who get paid to put the hurt on people. They don't, perhaps, have to be getting paid for it right then. But they do have to be pros.
Kitchen/Bathroom: Fight must take place in either a kitchen or a bathroom.
Headbutt: Fight must involve someone being headbutted.
Hair Pulling: Fight must involve someone's hair being pulled.
Naked: Fight must involve a naked person or someone getting naked. For examples of this, I would direct everyone to Eastern Promises.
Silence: Fight must take place in silence. Participants not talking to each other would count, as would trying not to be overheard.
Anger: A fight that is started by, involves or sparks intense anger.
