well, im 21 as of two days ago. i feel so different. i think. we went to the hick bar in santa ynez (the maverick) and got some drinks. they didnt even card me or luke. thank god for the valley serving kids that look twelve.
i got my haircut yesterday and lost my shag look. it will be back soon.
alyssa graduated high school at the most boring graduation ceremony ever. my neighbor cory performed a doors song at it. what a nerd. alyssa is going to ucsb in the fall, nice and close.
the spragues have the coolest set up on earth. i skate cody's miniramp until im too hot to move, then dive off the waterfall into the pool, then jump on the trampoline and go down the waterslide. then top it off with some hot tubbing. their house is a work of new money genius.
i am officially moving up on the first of july and still looking for a job. tyler and i have a house down off of seabright in the beach flats area that he is moving into on the 20th and me a week and a half later. im looking forward to coming back to santa cruz. hopefully it can distract me a little bit. family student housing havent emailed me back, despite promising me a job when i left, so i may have to start looking at restaurant jobs again. that kills me, but oh well. its just for the summer.
ive seen a lot of people, some good, some bad, the last couple days. this valley is a trip and a half for me. every time i come back i feel lost but home. i feel like im somewhere i know but will never fit in. this time has been much more surreal.
either way. i miss amy too much and need to find things to do. today is cell phone acquisition. huzzah.
