summer
ah, i love summer. summer is the best time of the year. there's nothing quite like summertime. or being repetitive. i went walking with my dogs and i loved the smells. i love how the neighbor's sprinklers smell like the water rides from six flags. or how the trees smell like a good bar soap. i like how the air is just right, and the bugs fly past you like mini shooting stars in the light, not grazing your cheeks or bothering you, but just being part of the scenery. i like how it makes me think like this (and the no homework thing this whole week has helped a LOT). i don't usually like glittery things except for city lights and stars. i could look at them all night. i don't understand jewerly-except for the funky ones that make my dad nervous. i like that i'm going to enjoy this night air for at least another good year, and will have good friends to share it with. i like most of all, how it's nearing june.
