Back to work... grumble...
The new battery came for Artoo on Saturday (while I was in Boston). I know exactly what needs to be done but I need a soldering iron. Hopefully I'll be able to get out of work early enough to hit Jere's, the local hardware store (which I prefer going to instead of the larger warehouse style stores because they seem to always have exactly what I want, instead of a larger selection of stuff I don't) to pick one up. It is interesting to have Artoo all dissected like this, however. I'd seen photos of a Cowon iAudio X5 disassembled, but I'd never actually seen it in the... er... flesh.
The clock on my computer was an hour off. All of the other clocks in the house were accurate. I wonder how long that has been going on...?
suitboyskin, the Dawn Treader is a most happy addition to my arsenal, thank you again! I'm a bit miffed about Farscape however, as Netflix doesn't have it, and trying to find a decent chronological set looks to be way too damn expensive. You giveth and you taketh away.
