Some thoughts on today's game
Great job scoring a bunch of goals Riverkings, but you're supposed to score more than you allow.
I fucking HATE that PAB Jason Baird. Corpus looks a lot like Indy of past years, Bernie John too.

I think the illegal stick rule is retarded. Of course the 'kings pulled that one out at the end in desperation. If you call for a stick measurement you know you are desperate. I used to think it was really smart and that people were stupid for having an illegal stick in the last few minutes of a close game. But I guess just having seen the Riverkings pull that pussy ass move so many times in the past few years has made me change my opinion. First of all, there shouldn't be rules about the curve of your stick anyway. Kovalchuk showed us all that the curve doesn't matter anyway. Take his stick, he still scores. Second of all, calling for a stick measurement is just another way of admitting that you can't find any other way to try to win except to have the man advantage. And we all know that the 'kings can't score on the PP anyway so why they thought they'd be able to tie it up. Even with a 2 man advantage they still suck. So, I'm actually glad that Corpus scored the short handed empty net goal on the illegal stick call. Way to go Corpus.
Who the fricke is Andy Johnson? And Ryan Rome? We'll have a brand new team by the time they get home from this road trip.
