sooo...
life goes on here in cold, drizzly england.
its matthew's birthday on sunday - oh we've been setting him up an account on here.. i'm working on his animated GIF icon. http://www.livejournal.com/users/matlocke
i've had loads of interviews lately..
and, it seems, loads of rejections.
the next interview, on wednesday, is for a bakery.. however.
so.. i have a darn good chance at that one - the only problem is its evenings - 8pm till midnight.. wouldn't be so bad cept i'll be relying on a very late bus into town and 20 minute walk home.. wycombe isn't really that pleasant at night. ahem. meaning not safe, really.
matthew's not too happy bout it..
but its only 28hrs per week and it pays quite well.
but hey, i don't even have the job yet.
i've been wrapping matthews presents and stuff today - but now that he's on livejournal, i won't mention any details.. ha.
i'm much more excited than he is.
i love presents, and birthday stuff.
i guess its surprises. ha.
oh.. i was gonna mention on here - not to go on about politics, and not even to insinuate that Farenheit 9/11 is not propaganda - buuuut, we only recently watched the film, and there were special features on the dvd that i thought really shouldn't have been edited out of the final product. namely, there were bits that showed iraq before we invaded (the second time) - asking people what they thought about their country, their leader, and bush and stuff. i found it interesting anyway.
blah blah.
i sorta miss my family lately..
would come home for thanksgiving and christmas to be with you all if i could..
