sooooo...
i got a JOB!
how exciting!
it doesn't pay that great, BUT, i get paid to paint little flowers and hearts on glasses - like champagne flutes and stuff.. i went for the interview and got the job today!
its not too far away.. a five minute bus journey, and its a really small business, four or five of the other girls don't have cars either, and catch the bus - which means we work based on the hours the bus can drop us off, so that's cool..
aah, yeah, that's most of my news.
i'm trying not to think it'll be too fun, but i think i'll really like it..

i can finally get new glasses! - i've been round all the opticians today.. trying to find the best price plan/frames..
of course, the best deals aren't where the best frames are..
mm so i'm thinkin it all over.
it'd be cool to get sunglasses as a second pair - some places have offers for a second pair free thing.. its a shame cause i saw these gucci ones i quite like but i don't think they have any offers on at that store. of course, i'll take matthew round and show him the ones i like and he'll prolly tell me i'm completely wrong, that they look really silly.. ha which they probably do.
and i've been told i should be able to drive for six months or so before i have to have passed my driving test here.. which is cool.. so i might pick up a cheap car soon.. which would be really nice - also, if we're moving, matthew and i aren't sure how we'll get to work..
anyway.. its all to soon to figure stuff like that out.
mmm i also just applied for a job as an animator online.. which i was quite excited about last night..
i sent a couple clips from my animiations with the email and CV..
