Today, I decided the time had come; a trip to Alderwood Mall was in order.
Once there, I journeyed far and wide across the mall, searching for the perfect purchase. What was I looking for, you ask? A new golden necklace.
I wanted something totally different than what I already have. So, after wandering into a couple of jewelry stores, I happened into Fred Meyer Jewelers and began to scour the display cases. Then, I finally alighted upon the one. It was a gold chain with small silver, bronze, and gold pieces decorating its length. It gathered at the bottom, forming a sort of pendent from dangling bits of chain weighted with gold and silver.
I wore it out of the store right after I bought it. I suspect I'll be wearing it a lot from now on.
