Deakin
So I have final word from Deakin. the offical word is that if I can show them proof of a visa that will allow me to study 2 or fewer courses then they will let me. It feels a little anticlimactic to have it given so unwillingly. I get the sense that I'm totaly throwing a wrench into their plans and now I have to switch tracks from deakin focused to visa focused. but I think once I process this and get the Visa it will be fantastic. but its not an exciting to get a conditional acceptance then it is to get a yes we'd love to have you. but on the other hand I will be going to australia its prety much a definate now which is really exciting and I'm sure by tomorow I'll be thrilled and start planning outfits and what to bring. oh must check what the weather will be like and the weight restrictions on luggage. from the australians I've met (who are not in the SCA) they have a very different sense of style much more serfer and really I'm far to much of a girly gril to go for that style. oh so much to plan and do I'm going to australia YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (yeah see now I'm getting very much more excited its to bad I can't wake up my parents to tell them but that would probably be unfair to them especialy dad since he's recovering from his gall blader surgery. WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh sunscreen can I get SPF50 there must check on that cuz I burn through 30 yeah I'm the only person who gets sunburnt in april in canada when they are wearing SPF 30 and staying in the shade. ohhh so excited and totaly going to be torn between garb and mundanes well I'll limit garb to 3 outfits soo excited I do wish deakin was excited to have me but not everything will be perfect. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
