The weirdest thing happened today. I've been having a good day, except for my brother complaining about waiting for me after school. (It's rare I stay later than 10 mins after school, but I was chatting with some friends) Really, he was quite mad at me. I promised to leave early tomorrow and that we'd stop at jack n the box on the way home. (he wants to splurge his hard earned money on oreo shakes *eye roll*) Anyways, I'm wearing my "hippie" dress today because it's nice and short with light fabric, which is perfect for the hot weather we've been having. It's not that hippie, really. And the sunglasses I wear when driving have white rims. I didn't think much of the two together, but when we were stopped for a light, in the truck next to me the guy in the passenger seat did a peace sign out the window. My brother (in a grumpy tone) said, "He thinks you'rea hippie". O.o Alright... I'm a bit weirded out now, is all. Thank goodness I'm probably never going to see that guy again in my life.
We shore our llama and alpaca this evening. That was difficult, seeing as our alpaca is extremely skiddish. But, through combined effort, we managed to get them all shorn. ^^ My parents are driving down to a wool mill to clean 'em up into rovings.
BUT, the very exciting news is that for my birthday, I'm getting a BOB DYLAN CONCERT! ^^ Yes, my parents are allowing me to go! We're going to make a road trip of it. It's not horribly far away, either. I'm just REALLY excited!
