Today...was...insanely...long...

I woke up at 7...am...on a Saterday. That was for the SATs this morning. Lemmie tell you right now, SATs aren't that bad. They don't accuately grade anything. You can't really study much for them and they're pretty easy anyways. It's just "reasoning" that they test. The only shame was that it was four long hours of sitting in a room with nobody I knew. Yeah, I took it at a local high school and not my own because mine wasn't a test center. Lots of sitting in silence...which was probably good for my concentration. And on the essay, which wasn't that hard btw, I made sure to work in Pattie Boyd. ;) Yeah, I know, I'm so obsessed.

After the SATs, I drove home and ate some lunch, then got back in a car and went to the Track Meet. It's one of those huge track meets that last a whole Saterday. I was only scheduled to run the 1600 (mile) because I missed the other races on account of the SATs. I improved my time from the meet before (which was a 6:06) to a 5:58. I have to work it back down to my last year's record- 5:47. I have the whole season to do it, so I'm good. I'm not too worried about my 1600 because I think my strongest race is my 800 (1/2 mile). It's a run/sprint! Now, I can't sprint that fast, so I just "sprint" for two whole laps. It works out well! ^^ I always feel good doing that race. Like my body feels refreshed and not drained during it.

Then, since we were already out of town for the meet, we went to a local Indian resteraunt that my mom had been to before. Lemmie just say that the Chicken Tika Messala was amazing! Sometimes they make it too spicy, but they made it just spicy enough. ^^ I'm so glad I have leftovers.

And now, I'm totally angered at the end of Daylight Savings Time. You know what? I think that DST is really adding more daylight to the end of the world. They'll say "It's the End of the World" and I'll reply, "so two months left of pure daylight? mmm k." You see that's why they wrote the song "It's the End of the Word (as we know it) and I feel fine". Because there's still two months left! XD Heehee, that was just a little funnyfunny my friend and I made up the other day.
