Ok, ok so I'm suppossed to be doing homework right now, but whatever.
Our trip was alot of fun! We went to LA and saw the Reagen library. We went to stay with my Aunt and Uncle that live down there. My aunt works at the Petersen car museum, so we went and saw the new exhibit. It was cars and guitars! I was practically drooling over the amazing guitars they had there (forget the cars.) They had a violin bass (like Paul's!) and in the write-up next to it, it talked about how they're discontinued. Then they had a Gibson SJ200! It was puuurdy. They also had some cool electric guitars with holes in em (like acoustics do and they did before they realized it was unnecissary for the electric ones), Rickenbacker, and old amps. At the Reagan presidential library, they had the old Air Force 1! We got to walk through it. They also had a piece of the Berlin wall!! It was so awesome! It was only about the size of my head, but it was a piece of history right in front of me (through some glass, of course...). So, I had a good time, even without my computer. ;)
I got my MP3 fixed! Apparently I just needed to download the firmware. ^^ WHEE! It ended up formatting it in order to install it, so I'm adding my music back on now.
Tomorrow, for Drama, we have to do a skit/fashion show for the Jr High girls to help get the dress code into their thick little brains. We're doing a spoof of America's Next Top Model where they're challenged to dress in the dress code. They all get it wrong except for this dorky girl (the gal that's doing it is doing a HILARIOUS dorky girl!). I'm one of the judges. I get to be TWIGGY! I know...I'm spazzing out about this WAY more than I should be, but I'm TWIGGY! *points to icon* ^^ I've got the accent going and everything. It'll be fun. Looking forward to tomorrow.
But, also tomorrow, our girls class of Creative Writing is changing. It was all girls until one guy joined. Now there's going to be another tomorrow! I dunno, it's just weird thinking of guys writing poetry, especially my peers. (The dudes are Nick and Matt, for Rachel who knows what's going on ;), what would I do without you?) It's weird to think of my peers at all writing poetry. Well, quite a bit of it's teen romance crap. *gags* You know people don't get married at 16 in our culture? Thankfully that's not what our teacher wants. Speaking of which, I need to write a confessional poem for tommorow. I could confess I LJ instead of write poetry. lol. I think I'll write it on how the future's so stressful. That's a purdy broad subject.
ok, I'm leaving now...
