(no subject)
Somehow, I knew this weekend was going to rock. Despite the work, yes... But it's raining outside! The pavement's dark brown and the grass is a rich green...so much so that you know underneath lurks a puddle of gooey, stick-to-your-shoe-soles mud. Plus, I'm pretty much all the way gone, head over heels for that kid. He ended up falling asleep last night and we didn't wake up until around ten this morning. And you know what's strange? In every dream I've had this past week (because I've been remembering my dreams a lot recently), he's always there in the dream with me. Haha, yeah, I secretly am a big fan of finding omens, even if I don't necessarily believe in them. And another thing...romance is more of a mind quell then a mad rush of inspiration. I'm still trying to divine whether or not I like that fact or not.
Anyhow, I still have to get started on that work. *hangs head* But it's RAINY...and I don't want to do work...
Oh, I found a poster for the Poets' and Writers' Coalition! And I wrote down where they meet and everything. ^^ Finally got that information written down. You know...if I keep reading, writing, and talking about poetry, I'm going to want to change my major to Creative Writing for sure. *sigh* Get through this semester first, me. Just finish this lap of the race...THEN I can think about that possibility.
