here comes sickness
Yep, got a cold... I blame the 200 elementary kids I interacted with last Thursday. I stayed home from work yesterday and am doing the same today - I can work from here, though, so I won't be losing too much time. I awoke in the night to hear Herbert horking away somewhere in a corner. I had a moment of fear for my down comforter (it had been kicked to the floor in a fever-induced heat tantrum) but gave it up as a lost cause so went back to sleep. Luckily, he missed the comforter... instead he vomited on the exact spot on the rug that my feet hit when I get out of bed. So now I have several piles of hork to clean up and more laundry to do.
