Today's my sister's 21st birthday! Yay! Happy birthday to Jamie! :)

So, how are all my lovelies? Tyler and Daddy took Thunder to the vet this morning. He's got to stay there all day, poor baby. They have to do some blood work and some x-rays. Hopefully, he'll be okay. He's seven and so lovable, I just don't want anything to happen to him. I get really attached and Thunder is one of those attachments.

Anyway! Happy news...I went to the library on Saturday with Jamie. I checked out A Tree Grows in Brooklyn and My Father's Daughter, a Frank Sinatra biography by Tina Sinatra. I finished reading the latter today. I bawled at the end. It was so sad. :( Then, I came in here and listened to some Frankie, LOL.

Let's see, yesterday Tyler, Daddy and I were gone pretty much all day, but it was so much fun. First, we went to Jamie's football game (it's flag football between the sororities). They lost, so we were bummed, heh, but Tyler, Dad and I left to go get something to eat. On the way there was sooo funny though! Dad and Tyler do this crazy wave thing (like they do at baseball games) to the cars that pass. They made up all these rules and everything. Like, cars with headlights on get two "woos" and limos get a long "wooooooo". So, all of a sudden, all these cars start coming the other way and all I hear is "Woo! Woo! Woo-Woo! Wooooo! Woo!" Oh my God, I could not stop laughing. Add to that them throwing their arms out at the cars and doing it at the sides, too. "Oh, look, Tyler, car on the left!" :throw arms to left and WOO!: Oh man, good times. Hehe.

Besides that, we went to Media Play so we could get presents for Jamie. Brian works there, so we get to use his employee discount, hehe. But, I saw so many things I wanted! I want the Cary Grant DVD collection, because out of all the DVDs in it, I only have Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House and it's a VHS. I also want the Frank Sinatra biography, The Boys Night Out: Rat Pack CD (it was only 11.99, so Brian said he'd pick it up for me! :D), "I Love Lucy" 2005 calendar, "I Love Lucy" paperdolls (!!!!!! how excited was I?!), and all these old movie tin signs (Ocean's Eleven, Casablanca, Wizard of Oz and The Beatles and an old Tom & Jerry cartoon sign). Yes, I will be making my Christmas list early. ;)

But, for now, I need to go take a shower because I just got done with the Richard Simmons "Sweatin' to the Oldies" tape ;) and I'm really sweaty and gross. So, toodles dahlings! :D
