Weird pumpkin dream
The other day I dreamed that a friend was visiting me at my mom's house and I went to get her a drink of water. But there was something wrong with the cabinets and the glasses were all stacked sideways on top of each other instead of in sane ways where you could take one. I was looking around in the cabinets until I came upon a GIGANTIC PUMPKIN way up in the uppermost cabinets.
It had been there since Halloween and was quite rotten.
My sister and I had to try to figure out how to get the pumpkin out. Long story short, I had to use magical powers to remove it. But in the meantime it started turning into slush and my sister was running around trying to catch the oozing pumpkin with a baking sheet. (?)
My friend was quite perplexed. Both at the sight of magic being used in the kitchen and at the concept of a really huge rotten pumpkin in the cabinet for no conceivable reason.
Such is life.
