Oh no! It’s that time of the year again!
August and September, you never fail to amaze me. No matter how I plan or do NOT plan my life, you just find a way to surprise me. I know I talk about this every year, like how these months could be the most eventful of my year, but this time I’m listing my 10 favorite blessings.
My blessings that never fail to lift my spirit up.
Blessings that help me thru every season in my life.
I’m thankful for: (NOT IN ANY ORDER)
- Niki Yarte. Nick, I never imagined we’d be this close even after everything that I did to you back in college. Mwahahaha! I know I thank you everyday and I’ll continue to do so because yeah, I owe you a lot. Hihi! Seriously, thank you for your patience and your generosity in sharing your clever mind.
- David Gonzaga. For always calling me at the perfect time! I don’t know how you do it but you are just super mega unbelievably amazing! I appreciate every peso you spend on your calls, haha! Thank you for investing your time and money in me and thank you for not asking anything in return because really, I wouldn’t know how to repay you.
- Instant dates: Jillian, Niche, Ivan and Mike. The people who are just a text away - from instant dinner to movie, gig, inuman and even surfing! Waaaaaaaaa! I hope I find someone like you in Singapore. I will REALLY miss you!
- JAP. My ultimate comfort zone. I’ll never find a group as fun and autistic as you. Buti na lang hindi kayo mahilig mag-post ng pictures at videos sa multiply kasi madedepress talaga ako pag makita ko lahat ng kakulitan niyo. Waaaaaaaaaa! Naiiyak na ko ngayon pa lang.
- MTV special friends. You know who you guys are. Thank you for all your support and making my short stay in MTV a very memorable and meaningful one.
- Hypermart Wednesdays with the not so small group. It would be so hard to get thru the week if not for our mid-week get-together. Our fellowship has been such a great blessing for me. Thank you for everything you taught me.
- UP, as in the campus itself. Just passing and driving by UP makes me appreciate life. There’s so much life in that campus that I open my windows all the way down every morning to have a closer look at the people, trees and the rays of light passing thru those big trees. Oh, and I love you even more on weekends when I invite my friends to jog, pig out and attend service.
- Mi familia for being my everything. I couldn’t elaborate more because I will never stop. I wouldn’t be this confident and loving if not for your endless support, understanding and love in whatever season I go thru. I know I have God’s favor because I have you.
- Power Rangers. You guys are God’s blessings and grace personified.
- My mentors; Jourdan, Liz, and Mariedel. You deserve another entry.
