Today
Well, I missed church again. Stupid sleeping problems/depression! I haaate missing church, but it's not really an option when the first thing that happens after you hit the alarm button is that your head crashes back against the pillow and you're stuck in sleep for the next two hours. :|
Today I had a dream that I went to an outdoors concert (or some other big event requiring a short stage and many white folding chairs and a large rectangular table up front) and was being forced to do something. What it was, I'm not sure, but I was put under huge amounts of pressure to give the throng something they wanted from me. Then it all went crazy. Someone started to shoot and everyone ran away screaming. Except for one guy who used telekinesis to lift me onto the large table and handcuff me there. Then my legs became a tail and I knew they were going to do something so I kept trying to get away, but couldn't. There was lightning in a stormy sky, but no rain. The guy had on a white lab coat. There was a very thick rope hanging from who-knows-where between the stage and the table I was handcuffed to. A second guy pulled it and a curtain went up and I realized the 'concert' had been a facade just to get me there. We were in an area surrounded by walls that reminded me of those you see in Italy on the old buildings, somewhat yellow and smooth. There was a dark pond, the floor was brick (same color as the surrounding walls) and across the pond was a guy who looked like the first guys' helper. Like an assistant-type person only old horror movie style. Anyways, I knew that there was no hope, but kept fighting against the handcuffs. But I didn't make a sound. I knew no one would hear me so I kept struggling. Another strange dream by yours truly. Yeah, weird, I know. :p
I watched "Down With Love". Great movie. I hope to see it again some time. It has Ewan McGregor in it, an actor that I've always thought did his job well. It also had Renee Zellewegger(sp?) in it. Awesome movie. I would love to own it someday. :D
