It would help if there was a way to get involved that didn't involve going out at night :P (I have mobility/energy issues and no license) Which is not to say I won't add it to my calendar and see if I have the energy to go next month.

It would be lovely if you could make it. If not, please feel welcome to e-mail your suggestions through and I will make sure Julian gets them, so that he will be able to liaise with you :)

Huh. I asked myself why I hadn't done that, and realised that any time I thought of doing so I'd think "But it would make more sense to wait until I got to a meeting, that way I can see what holes need filling". But if I'm just *suggesting* rather than volunteering I can brainstorm by myself and come up with a list of ideas, and then either take it to the meeting or send it in.

It would still be nice if it it was easier for those of us who haven't been able to attend for whatever reason could get a rough idea what sort of stuff is on the table though. Or we could all suggest stuff that's already in the works!

Either is fine.. at least it would give Julian ideas as to what peopel want to see on the programme. I just didn't want people to think there wasn't a space for them to be able to voice themselves and be heard... If anyone does have suggestions,I just wanted them to know they can be sent through and we can always try and find people to fill the spots afterwards. All suggestions will be passed on, as best as I can.

Swancon is after all run by fans for fans. It would be rather silly not to get these suggestions down at least so we can consider them and see if they fit in with what we would like to run.

Please don't hesitate to send through feedback and suggestions!!

Last year's art show database, checklists, entry forms etc are available to the 2010 co-ordinator.

Speaking of recycling tech: will you be putting the programme suggestion database thingie online any time soon?

Thank you so much for that Steph. I am hoping we will be able to source an art co-ordinator soonish, and will point them in your direction! :D *hugs*

Thank you for your feedback. Please know that I will bring the points you've raised up and make the rest of the committee aware.

I'm sorry it has come across so rudely.
