What the hell is going on with Sky at the mo??? Sky has officilaly been invaded by Tim Roth !
Don't get me wrong, this is not a bad thing not by a long shot! It's just so strange. Speaking as a die hard Tim Roth fan (I'm sorry he's simply one of the best and most talented actors around) I know just ho hard it is to find any of the films he's done. He usually sticks to art house and independent projects (again showing how great he is because he has what so many hollywood A -listers don't have ... integrity as an actor!) so its really hard to get a hold of anything with him in it.
But just two hours ago I turn on the TV and ...
Sky 1 - Lie to me omnibus
Sky 2 - Skellig re-run
Sky Screen 2- Rob Roy
all at the SAME TIME!!!
and last night they played Gridlock'd
and on friday the played Legend of 1900
and thursday they played Youth Without Youth
WHAT IS GOING ON !!!!
You spend years looking online at amazon or going through DVD stores trying to find this film or that with no luck what so ever. And then in the space of 72 hours they play more Tim Roth stuff then ever and some at the same time !!!
Let's hope they keep it up ! Although it might be nice if they spread them out a bit more lol :D
