Where I've landed
Somehow I have landed at Swallow Ridge. Swallow Ridge is the name of my home in the Texas Hill Country, and now the name identifying the journal. I'm sure it will take me awhile before I can comfortably navigate the new Ridge - give me time.
Where other people I know have landed:
My parents have landed in the state of marriage. Fifty years. They are renewing their vows in church this weekend, followed by a reception with a Valentine theme.
Marisa has landed on the *varsity* softball team. YAY! She is playing well in scrimmages.

He has been accepted, likes the campus, and has lined up a roommate. His girlfriend Beth is close by at Austin College: http://www.austincollege.edu/
