Wow, that was wonderful! It's nice to see another SW vid from - espcially Obi-Wan/Anakin centered. I'm sure TM will be very happy with this! (Now really wishing my SW clips hadn't messed up!)

Thanks! I was terrified about getting back into SW after so long, but it was really quite fun after getting into the groove once more. I've already started on a second. Crazy, I know. ;)

Also, I'm really wishing your clips hadn't messed up as well. I've always loved your videos, especially the ones you accomplished after getting your new program before things went down hill.

Yeah, either I'll have to buy some extra equipment for my computer (like a bunch of jump drives with around 2G of space on each) or get a new one with more hard drive space. *sigh* Which, of course, I can't afford either right now.

Wow. That just... ouch. OUCH. Seeing the boys fighting to that angsty song and just... *sniffles* The editing on this was superb as always; you know that I am inordinately in love with your use of sepia and b/w clips to indicate different moods and time periods and flashbacks. The flipping back and forth between ROTS and AOTC just made this hit home harder.

The line about "the bitter taste of losing everything I hold so dear" with the clip of Obi-Wan and Anakin flying together was utterly perfect. What an emotional punch. Oh boys.

But my absolute favourite bit? The ENDING. OMG. The alternation between Vader and the flashbacks and the ending of the song and *gunh*

*is not at all feeling nostalgic for the jedi boys. is NOT.*

I missed my boys so this was really nice to work on for TM. I think the problem was that I felt that I had exhausted everything to do with Ani/Obi that if I made anything new, it'd feel the like the same old things I've done before. I'm not sure that still isn't the case, but it felt good to get back to AO and I think I managed to toss in a few new things that haven't been done to death in there. And no slice and dice, which is a bonus, right? Right? ^_^

Don't worry, I may be just a little inordinately in love with the sepia and b&w clips myself. As is obvious in so many of my vids, if ya couldn't tell ;)

Aww *passes Kleenexs* Thanks, hon. The end -- well, I didn't want him thinking back on Obi-Wan yet again, so instead I went with his past 'homes', y'know... Tattoine, Naboo, Coruscant and Obi-Wan ^_^

LOL, and it's been so long away from the SW community that I'm not even 100% sure I spelled any of those names correctly.

Perfect. The overall editing of the story clips to the lyrics really stands out. And then after the romance/drama/tragic vibe, the "wrong door" icon sets one on an even (comic) keel again.

It's sad really, that although cute, this icon is the only Anakin/Obi-Wan-esque icon that I still have. But I'm glad it equally amuses you. :)
